Deliverect is an official partner of Leaders Club France, an association that brings together food service professionals in search of growth and innovation. Today we meet Jonathan Jablonski, the president of the association and owner of the Jab & Baker restaurant.
Leaders Club France, an association dedicated to restaurateurs
Founded in 1993, Leaders Club France aims to connect food service professionals across the country. For more than 20 years, the association has been enabling restaurateurs to communicate with each other, as well as with their partners and service providers in the industry.
Together with his colleagues, Jonathan Jablonski manages Leaders Club France, organizing various events to bring together and promote exchanges between food service professionals.
Jab & Baker: a 600m² hybrid concept
Jablonski is wearing two hats, as he is also the owner of Jab & Baker, a restaurant located in Vélizy-Villacoublay in Île-de-France. The establishment offers high-end, typical New York food.
The restaurant is spread over two floors: there’s a street food corner on the ground floor, where you can enjoy gourmet burgers, healthy dishes and coffee, and a first-floor table service area featuring a charcoal grill, pizza oven, and a bar.
Jab & Baker is what you could call a hybrid restaurant. Customers can order meals through different sales channels, including in-house, via click & collect, and for delivery via the Uber Eats and Deliveroo online ordering platforms.
